COMPANY PROFILE
Williams Johnson and Associates Ltd. is a registered limited company. There are three directors: Peter Williams, Andrew Johnson and Seamus Glacken. We commenced business in Galway on 01 November 2005. At its formation the firm took over the existing projects of Leo Wilson & Associates. The Ballina office opened at the beginning of August 2008.
At this time, the firm has in addition to the three principals and one administrative staff member.
Peter Williams C.Eng. M.I.Struct.E.
Forty eight years in consultancy. Of these twenty nine have been spent either as a principal or as a partner in a firm. Qualified in England in 1970 and became a Chartered Engineer in 1972. Moved to Central Africa in 1971. Took over the running of an office in 1972. Involved in the formation of a partnership in 1978 and was in business in Africa until February 2004.
Moved to Ireland in March 2004 and worked as senior engineer for Leo Wilson & Associates until the end of October 2005.
Andrew Johnson
Twenty two years in consultancy - structural and technical - in Central Africa. Sole principal in business from 1997 to February 2004.
Moved to Ireland in April 2004 and worked as senior CAD technician for Leo Wilson & Associates until October 2005.
Seamus Glacken B.Eng. M.I.E.I.
Eight years in consultancy. Obtained Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Cork Institute of Technology in 2000. Became a Member of Engineers Ireland in 2005. Seamus is registered with SEI as a BER assessor and is trained to carry out air tightness testing of dwellings.
